I'm not sure I should be allowed to blog. Trying to open this new restaurant is getting me down. First I blogged it would open Jan. 1st, then I changed the name three times, then it would open Jan. 25th, then the day after the canopy was installed, then Fri. now Monday. Then my champion chef was a passenger in a motocarro involved in an accident and broke or dislocated her arm (Get well soon Judy, we love you). Stay tuned for more confirmation.
