We had a fun day at the Amazon Golf Course even before the beautiful caddies arrived. I walked all around the course plotting and planning. Then ate a delicious fresh Palometa fish wrapped in bijao leaves, with tomato, onion, and cilantro, and steamed in it’s own juices over charcoal, with two ripe charcoaled platanos and a bottle of Iquiteña Extra. I took a nap in a hammock, and spent the rest of the afternoon visiting with my friends. It was a good day. I wish you could have joined us.
